We Donate for Insurance Referrals
Giving Back by Helping Others
At Eastside Insurance, we’re part of a vibrant, engaging, and tight-knit community, and we’re always looking for ways to give back to others. Through a new initiative, we’re going to make donations to the community for every person current customers refer to us. It’s a win-win-win for you, your loved one, and the community!
How it works:
We’ll donate $20 to local charities and nonprofit organizations for every referral we receive. Every year, we’ll highlight four philanthropic groups who are performing charitable work near and dear to our hearts. Each quarter of the year, donations will go towards one of the four organizations.
Where are the donations going?
Dog Gone Seattle
First Quarter (January - March)
Dog Gone Seattle is a local nonprofit focused on saving dogs from high-kill shelters throughout the state of Washington and beyond and providing these animals with foster and adoption. The entire organization is fully funded by adoption costs and donations. They're focused on making a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable canines one at a time. All rescued dogs brought to Dog Gone Seattle receive the highest-quality veterinary care to ensure they're healthy and in the best condition for adoption.
Eastside Baby Corner
Second Quarter (April - June)
Baby Corner is committed to providing children with the essentials they need to learn, play, grow, and thrive. This crucial goal is achieved by offering essential care, health goods, and safety to children who are experiencing family disruption, poverty, homelessness, and other issues through no fault of their own. Baby Corner provides children up to the age of 12 with coats, blankets, formula, shoes, diapers, and other essentials. They've been serving the most innocent of the community for over three decades.
Sammamish Animal Sanctuary (SAS)
Third Quarter (July - September)
There are hundreds of animals cast aside due to a variety of issues, and SAS is committed to providing these forgotten animals with a dignified, healthy life. From cows and sheep to horses and alpacas, SAS takes in a wide range of animals. Their commitment to animal welfare isn't temporary. It lasts throughout the animal's entire life. All the donations to SAS go directly towards caring for their rescued animals. We’re proud to consider ourselves as a partner to SAS and their amazing, selfless work helping vulnerable animals.
Issaquah Food Bank
Fourth Quarter (October - December)
Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank's mission is to meet the essential needs of community members to encourage self-sufficiency. This is accomplished through providing basics such as hygiene, clothing, food, and household essentials while allowing recipients to maintain a sense of respect and dignity. This nonprofit organization recognizes that need is often well-hidden and concealed which is why they're committed to meeting those in need where they are while partnering with organizations - like us! - throughout the community to meet their needs.
